Connecting With The Woodlands Real Estate Community: A Day With Jeremy Larkin and Local Offices
Some of the most useful conversations in real estate happen face to face. On October 6, I spent time with Jeremy Larkin and visited real estate offices around The Woodlands to introduce myself, share Perry Homes opportunities, and talk about ways to help agents serve their buyers.

Lunch with Jeremy Larkin at Suxico Sushi
Jeremy and I stopped for lunch at Suxico Sushi, and it was a great addition to the day. Between the beautifully presented dishes and the chance to catch up over a good meal, it made a memorable stop during my visits with the local real estate community.
The Truffle Tuna was a highlight: tuna paired with truffle, a bright citrus sauce, crispy garlic, and crispy onions. The combination of rich flavor, citrus, and crunch made this a standout dish.
The Apt Rib-Eye Beef Rolls were another favorite, combining shaved rib-eye, avocado, and teriyaki sauce. The savory beef, creamy avocado, and sweet-savory sauce made for a delicious combination.
Suxico Sushi is a spot I would happily recommend for a lunch with colleagues or a meal with friends. It was a great setting for connecting with Jeremy, and both dishes are worth trying.

I appreciated the chance to sit down with Jeremy and connect in person. A conversation over lunch is a good reminder of why I make time to get out of the model home and meet the people working with buyers throughout our area.
My goal is straightforward: be an accessible resource when an agent has a client considering a new home. That starts with relationships and continues with useful information and follow-through.
Meeting the teams behind the transactions
My office visits that day included JLA Realty, EXIT Lone Star Realty, Keller Williams The Woodlands & Magnolia, CB&A, Realtors in The Woodlands, and RE/MAX ONE The Woodlands & Spring. Thank you to the people who took time to welcome me and discuss opportunities to connect with their agents.
The conversations covered introductions, sharing new-home information, and possibilities for office lunch-and-learns and visits to Colton. Every office works a little differently, so I want to make it easy to connect in a way that fits each team—whether that means an office presentation, a small-group visit, or help with one buyer's search.
How these connections help buyers
Finding a home starts with understanding what matters to the buyer. Budget, location, floor plan, yard space, and move-in timing all shape the search. My role is to help agents narrow the Perry Homes options around those priorities and confirm the details before their clients make a decision.
Through ChristopherMovesYou.com, agents and buyers can browse my featured Perry Homes picks and inventory opportunities. The website gives us a starting point for a conversation; I can help check current pricing, availability, completion timing, and any applicable incentives for a specific home.
An invitation to explore Colton
My home base is Perry Homes 55' at Colton in Todd Mission. I would love to welcome agents out to see our model and learn more about the community. For teams interested in a broader visit, I can help coordinate a Colton tour and a conversation with the community's development team.
I am also happy to discuss bringing a lunch-and-learn to your office. The goal is to give your team practical information they can use when a buyer asks about new construction.
Have a buyer in mind?
Send me what they’re looking for, and I’ll do the legwork—searching Perry Homes’ full Houston inventory to find the best available options quickly.
